Well, I am back in the saddle again! I had my first wedding this weekend since Santiago was born. I missed it so much and it felt so good to get back out there!
This wedding was really fantastic. Britta & Hafeez are so in love, I think it's actually impossible for them to call each other by their first names, I always heard them saying "baby" this or "baby" that. Adorable!
The wedding was on Saturday, March 15th at the Calistoga Ranch in Calistoga, part of the Napa Valley Wine Country. The setting was incredible. It was an intimate affair of 52 guests, the most important people in their lives.
Since Hafeez is Indian we added a few small but very important Indian touches such as traditional Neru suits for the men, Indian music played by the DJ, the Sapatia ceremony, etc... The ceremony was officiated by Hafeez's Aunt Leila, which further personalized this very intimate event.
I LOVED working at this venue and with the vendors below. I also LOVED having the opportunity to design this wedding. Thank you everyone!
